I love Buckeye balls but hate making them! Theses are so much easier and taste just like them. The only thing I do different is I use creammy PB instead. Make them EVERY year now (been 3 years maybe 4 since I found this recipe)!

I did notice that the chocolate takes much longer to melt than the Cool Whip...so I removed the chocolate from the Cool Whip after the first minute because the Cool Whip was boiling. Then proceeded with the direction of mixing.

These were very good, but not exactly the same as buckeyes. I will definately make them again, but won't call them buckeyes.

This was a wonderful dessert that my whole family enjoyed. It is very rich and creamy, but very easy to make!

They were very tasty, but I could not get the chocolate/cool whip mixture correct. I think they would be better if the chocolate topping was harder.

Very good! Next time I will cut back on the powedered sugar a bit and add another square or two of the bakers chocolate to the cool whip, but will definitely make this again!
