Very good and well received. Lots easier than making little buckeye balls and dipping in chocolate as I have done in years past. Thanks!

Loved this recipe, but made some changes. We like things a little less sweet. I used one cup of natural crunchy peanut butter and 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar the second time I made this. Perfect.

We loved this bar. It taste just like peanut butter pie in bar form.

Made two pans of these for a cookie exchange and some other cookies too. These where the best and easiest to make. Used the Cuisenart to crush the wafers. My husband chose these over the other cookies too. I cut them a little smaller to fit in the mini foil cups.

Being from Columbus, OH, I've had plenty of experience with buckeyes...=), and I LOVE these! They aren't the same as traditional buckeye candy, but I like the added texture of the crunchy peanut butter and vanilla wafers. Bonus: so much easier (and quicker) to make!

Not as good as real buckeyes, but 1000x easier and quicker! Unfortunately my family are still demanding the originals though...

Delicious! My husband was skeptical when I made these...I already have a good buckeye bar recipe, and his philosophy was "why change a good thing?" :) I was excited to try this recipe because it looked easier. The end result? Husband loved them, much easier to make! Based on other reviews, I increased the peanut butter to 1 cup, and decreased the powdered sugar to 1.5 cups.

This would be better with creamy peanut butter. But it still would not be that great. The stuff you buy in the box to make the Reese Bars are way better than these.

These are delicious even if I made them wrong. I used all 8oz. of the Cool Whip and couldn't figure out why the chocolate looked like milk chocolate instead. I even added two or three more chocolate squares. I finally gave up and went with them as is. It didn't matter. They are simply delicious. Taste like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Yummy!
