I brought these in to work a couple days after I originally received the recipe in the newsletter. They were a huge hit. I did make a couple of changes; doubled the recipe for the PB layer, 9x13 pan, and for the topping I used 2c chocolate chips melted with some shortening since I didn't have Cool Whip. I'll be making these again for our Christmas potluck and my family Christmas gathering.
