I serve this as one cup per serving, 1/2 cup is barely a few mouthfuls, it's only 120 cals, so not a bad amount of calories anyway. Everyone loved it, even those who thought it was chocolate and not pumpkin, lol.

I made this recipe at least 20 years ago before all the fat/sugar free puddings. That just makes it better. It is my favorite dessert of all time!

I have made this without the cool whip for more of a pudding consistency and bought the mini nabisco low fat graham shells - just like pumpkin pie with a fraction of the calories. Of course, the recipe is great the way it is as well.

I went all of the grocery stores (including Super Walmarts) within a 25 mile radius of my home in central PA - there is no canned pumkin to be found. I was given two reasons - it is a seasonal item and there is a shortage of pumpkin due to a bad crop last season. I used canned sweet potato pie filling as a subsitute. Tasted great!!

This is the best. I only made half the recipe for my family to try and everyone gives it a 10 out of 10. I did goof though and used half a 8 oz container of Cool Whip and not the 1/2 cup I should have used so it was lighter but still very delicious. I will make it again and only use 1/2 cup of Cool Whip, cant hardly wait!

I made this one day for a few friends and we all LOVED it! I used vanilla soy milk, sugar-free, fat-free Jello vanilla instant pudding and fat-free Cool Whip. Delish!

I made this recipe and used a pastry bag to put small portions on ginger snap cookies and garnished with candy corn. They are delicious and so much lighter than pumpkin pie. It's great for those who just like a little taste.

I made this for my grandparents so they'd have a dessert for Thanksgiving. They LOVED it, and it was SO easy to make!
