Easy, easy, easy, and a pleaser at our house. Made it the day after Thanksgiving for all the guests still in the house and it was a nice change. Made it again last week for just us and the leftovers are great to have around too!!!

Reciepe was great. I would use chipolte taco seasoning to make it spicier.

My family and coworkers loved this soup! Instead of ground beef, used a pre-cooked roaster chicken, shreadded up and I topped the serving bowls with roughly crushed corn chips. The leftovers were fantastic!

My wife is leery of most new recipes I use, but once she tasted this soup she loved as I did. I did add a couple of thickly sliced jalapenos that I removed the seeds from. They added just a hint of the warmth that I enjoy in many of my foods. This was very easy to make and the leftovers were even better.

My family loves chili, but we get tired of eating it regularly. Taco soup is an awesome alternative. We used tortilla chips to scoop it up in...delicious!!!

This recipe is very easy and so good, but I'll be making some tweaks next time. Three cans of beans is a little much. I suggest adding more tomatoes and throwing in some peppers. But, overall, it was very good and easy to throw together. Tastes great with some crunched up tortilla chips, too.

This soup recipe is sooo easy & so good! I made a few changes to make it even healthier. To add flavor I used non fat low sodium beef broth instead of water. Also chopped up some green & red bell peppers to make it more nutritous. We don't care for as many beans as the recipe calls for, so I use only 1 can.

Easy Easy -- makes a huge amount and loved by everyone in the family. I've even shared it with co-workers.
