Taco Soup

Veggies and beef get a little heat and a lot of flavor with less than half an hour on the stove. Top with cheese and let it melt in, then add sour cream for a cool finish.

What You Need

lb. extra-lean ground beef

onion, chopped

cans (15.5 oz. each) mild chili beans

can (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained

can (14.25 oz.) corn, undrained

can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat with onions in large saucepan; drain. Return meat mixture to pan.

ADD all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir, breaking up tomatoes with spoon. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

It was great. We had friends over, it was plenty, super easy to make, and a big hit. I served it with sweet tea and Jiffy Corn Muffins. I highly recommend the tortilla chips, onions, cheese, and sour cream as sides so guests can pick and choose what they want.

My Family really enjoyed this soup! I used black beans and chicken breasts because that was what I had on hand! We loved it will definatly be making it again!

I threw this together in no time and it was great. So easy! Good flavors. Had everything on hand. Kids liked it too. Definitely make this one!

This will me made at my house time and time again. This soup is great, I make it for office parties and its gone in no time. Everyone loves it!

I loved this soup. But I did mine a little differently. I added 1 can of black beans, 1 can of chili beans and a mexi ranch dressing packet and a regular ranch dressing packt! This gave it tons of flavor and made it outstanding.

We have made it several times. Everyone loves it. We add sour cream and taco chips at the bottom of the bowl. Mmm

Excellent! Tasty and fast. Had family stop by and was able to make this in no time and everybody loved it! My sister-in-law even asked for the recipe.
