Veggies and beef get a little heat and a lot of flavor with less than half an hour on the stove. Top with cheese and let it melt in, then add sour cream for a cool finish.

What You Need

lb. extra-lean ground beef

onion, chopped

cans (15.5 oz. each) mild chili beans

can (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained

can (14.25 oz.) corn, undrained

can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups water

1-1/2

cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat with onions in large saucepan; drain. Return meat mixture to pan.

ADD all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir, breaking up tomatoes with spoon. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Totally awesome! My husband loved it. I used 1 can of each of chili beans, black beans and pinto beans. The flavors all blended so well with each other. This is definetley a keeper. Highly recommended.

My family and I are in love with this warm, hearty soup! It has such tremendous flavor and tastes amazing with the southwestern corn muffins. I've also subbed the ground beef for ground turkey and it was super yummy.

This was very tasty. Quick and easy, sort of taste just like chili but with a little kick to it. I will be making this again.

My mom made this for my daughter and I for our girls-only-dinner night. I was a little unsure of the consistency and was afraid it would lack some flavor---boy was I wrong!! Other than the cheese which the recipe suggested, I didn't need to add a thing to my bowl. I can't wait to make this recipe at home!

Wonderful weeknight meal! Quick, easy, delicious, and inexpensive to make. Pleased all three of our "junior foodies". We tossed in a few tortilla chips for decoration and that gave hubby the idea of taking leftovers to work and eating it like nachos. TEN THUMBS WAY UP!!!

I love this recipe it is super easy and very good. I also found that if I make the hamburger the night before I can throw this in the crockpot in the morning and eat for dinner. I also add flour tortillas on the side.

So easy and delicious! Tastes just like chili with a little kick. I prefer meaty soups so I added 2lbs. of meat instead of 1lb. and I did add the sour cream and cheese on top. You gotta try this one!

I used all organic stuff and it was amazing. This was the second time I've made it. I will probably be making this one again and again on those nasty rainy cold days.

I used one can of black beans in place of one can of chili beans, also ate with tortillia chips. VERY good. The family loved it!
