Raspberry preserves meets white chocolate for a duo made in cheesecake heaven. An Oreo Cookie crust only makes these bars more divine.

What You Need

OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1 cup)

Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

tsp. vanilla

eggs

1/4

cup red raspberry preserves

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch square pan. Melt 2 oz. chocolate as directed on package.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

BAKE 25 to 28 min. or until center is almost set. Cool 5 min.; spread with preserves. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzle over cheesecake. Cool cheesecake completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.

This was very easy and super yummy! I made it for a work luncheon and several people asked for the recipe. I agree with the other comment above, they did not turn out as pretty as the picture, but tasted good. It was also hard to spread the raspberry preserve...I will try to heat it up next time! Overall...amazing, yummy and easy to make! :-)

This was my first cheesecake(believe it or not) it came out wonderful, I am not American but my husband is and he loved, I did love too. I could notice the white chocolate and it tasted delicious ! I will definitively make it again and again and again !

These were very easy to make and very pretty. The recipe did not call for seedless preserves but I think it would have been better with out the seeds.

I was a little disappointed that these bars didn't taste as good as they looked. You could not taste the white chocolate at all-not surprising with the measly 2 ounces called for. The crust should be baked prior to adding the filling-it gets soggy very quickly. Also, to make the raspberry preserves spread easier, I would heat them up just a bit. I also made these using dark chocolate instead of the white and they tasted quite a bit better.
