So easy and delicious! I used regular pasta instead of whole grain and used shredded parmesan on top (mmm cheese!). I will be making this again!!

I've made this recipe countless times with the following changes. I marinate the chicken overnight in Italian dressing, drain the dressing before browning; use regular penne pasta and a spaghetti sauce with spinach already in it. It is not only easy but flavorful and looks like you spent hours making it. My boyfriend who is not a fan of chicken says this is one of the better dishes.

We really enjoyed this dish! The first time I made it, I left the spinach leaves as they were, but we thought they were too large. When I made it the second time, I cut the spinach into small pieces and we LOVED it! This is definitely something we'll continue to have for dinner. :)

I made this recipe for my first time last week and I've made it three times by now!!!! all at the request of my boyfriend!! We both LOVE it!! It tastes better than pasta I've gotten at Italian restaurants! It is very healthy and just delicious!!!!

My whole family liked this, but I felt like it did not have enough flavor making it just like the recipe. Next time, I will add some more italian spices or maybe italian diced tomatoes and add onion to make it more flavorful.

We substituted basil leaves for spinach and followed the recipe otherwise. It was delicious! I would definitely make this again and again.
