I thought this was a great meal for what it is. It was easy to prepair, inexpensive, and noone totally hated it. And in my house that's a hit. :O)

We did not like this recipe. Didn't even keep the leftovers.

I did two things different: I cut up the chicken into bite sized peices instead. I also put it over rice instead of serving it with potatoes. Hubby and 18 month old LOVED it too.

Good not great. I salt, peppered and thymed the chicken before searing it. Instead of water, I used 1/4 cup white wine and 1/4 cup milk with the cream mushroom soup. Also used peas instead of green beans. Added a pat of butter, salt and pepper to the gravy as well. This made for a richer more flavorful sauce.

All plates were CLEAN after this meal! The family loved it and it was very simple and a nice change of pace. Chicken can get boring, but this was great! I added S&P along with some garlic powder, which I felt was a nice touch. Will serve this one again.

EASY WEEK-NIGHT RECIPE! I served it with mash potatos. The "sauce" made a tasty gravy.

We loved this dish. I haven't cooked much with thyme and was pleasantly surprised with the flavor. I served it with the potatoes, as the picture suggests and it was a perfect, quick dinner for a work day.
