What You Need

cup crushed NABISCO Ginger Snaps

Tbsp. butter, melted

1/2

cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

tsp. vanilla

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

eggs

cup apple pie filling, divided

1/2

cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, divided

1/2

cup toffee bits, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

MIX crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.

BEAT cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each. Stir in 1/2 each pie filling, nuts and toffee. Pour into crust.

BAKE 35 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with remaining pie filling, nuts and toffee before serving.

Scrumptious! This cheesecake is so creamy with a bit of crunch too. It was a HUGE hit at my dinner party. I'll make this over and over again. It's a keeper!

This cheesecake was awesome! I made it for Christmas and everyone loved it. It was easy to make, and everyone thinks you spent hours on it. I will be making this one again.

Served this at a party, and it was a huge hit- all slices gone in just a few minutes. My only gripe is that it was too crumbly, even though I let it bake longer and chilled it for a long time. Overall though, a great recipe- though I wouldn't recommend doing it sans rolling pin and mixer like I did.

yummy-yummy! a nice change from ordinary cheesecake. I use sugar-free apple filling and go "light" on the toffee bits with diabetics in the family. Family loves it!

SO DELICIOUS! ITS CREAMY, CRUNCHY, AND JUST ALL AROUND PERFECT! I DID HAVE TO BAKE MY CHEESE CAKE FOR LONGER THAT WHAT THE RECIPE CALLS FOR. EVERYONE LOVED IT.

This was delicious! It is what my daughter-in-law requested for her birthday. The ginger snap crust really adds the extra zip. My family doesn't really like nuts, so I didn't add them. Wonderful!

My sister made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving, I made it too and filled mini muffin tins lined with wonton wrappers - all I can say is they were both YUMMY!!
