These looked fantastic but I was disappointed there wasn't enough of a peppermint flavor in the cupcake, next time I will use peppermint extract.

I made these delicious cupcakes for a Sweet Swap Party I hosted. They were very moist and appealing to the eye! I got lots of compliments on them.

I used the cream cheese frosting recipe from the banana cake and they were to die for. The chocolate was so rich.(big pieces)

DELICIOUS! Very moist cupcakes with great topping - I added extra candy cane both in the cupcakes and on top. Very easy to make - the crowd loved them!

i made these for christmas and they were great. Everyone loved them. I did substitute vanilla icing for the Cool whip.

This recipe is so moist and yummy! I made it for a surprise party and before I left I had 5 people ask for the recipe. Will definitely make again.
