"This was awesome!! Didn't know want kind of pesto so I used what I had....pesto with garlic...it was a bit too strong. I too used olive oil and I chose the cherry tomatoes. I will make this again."

This was a nice chicken dish. I didn't have any fresh tomatoes, so I used a can of italian diced tomatoes; it blended well with the sauce. Also, cooked the chicken in a small amount of olive oil and white wine. Definitely will make again.

This was kind of bland to me...it was missing something.

This is excellent! I used chicken broth and wine instead of water, and added some sun dried tomatoes. It is so easy and delicious!! I will definitely make again and maybe add kalamata olives to spice it up more.

What a Krafty idea! I, too, have been using a small amount of Phillie cream cheese to make many creamy sauces. They have less fat, more fresh flavor, more versatile with chicken, shrimp, ham or bacon, and go well with vegies in many Italian and Mexican recipes.

This was delicious! I used a sun-dried tomato pesto and chopped up whole tomoatoes in place of the grape/cherry (since that's what I had). I will definately make this again!!
