I have made this several times. It is definitely a keeper. If you add a little more water and slightly less pesto, there will be enough sauce to cover pasta and it will be less fattening with less pesto.

This was a great dish. I agree with some that it could be thinned out a little just to cover more of the pasta as you eat together. Flavors were great. I did season the chicken with garlic and pepper while cooking to add more flavor. I will try artichoke hearts with it next time. But really good as is and our WHOLE family of picky eaters loved it!

This was really good and the WHOLE family liked it. The only thing I would change would be to add more water. The sauce was too thick for me. I think next time I'll add artichoke hearts. YUM!

So good, so easy. Just add more water when making the sauce, use your judgement, because it was a little thick - still very good - but I prefer it thinner. And also maybe make more of the sauce. Use the cherry tomatoes, not the grape tomatoes, much better taste when cooked! Great for the kid as well, ate it all up! Make with the side of fettucine like they show in the picture!

This recipe is excellent! I even added some diced onion & italian seasoning to the chicken while it was cooking, and also some fresh spinach to the sauce. Very good!

SO GOOD!!! My whole family loves this dish. I've tried it with sliced up sun dried tomatoes, instead of cherry tomatoes. Great flavor! This recipe is a keeper.
