Made several times. Very easy to make. In a pinch I've used a green pepper when I didn't have a red but I liked the red pepper better.

I was surprised at how tasty this was. The chicken cooked up wonderfully, it was so moist and tender. I used a yellow pepper instead of red and I served it with herb and butter rice.

Used Roasted Red Pepper Dressing and a little xtra chicken stock, but it was really good and low in fat and calories. My husband iked it alot.

Very good and quick and great that it is a hard-to-find low sodium recipe. I did double the chicken broth and marinade. Will definitely have this again. My husband loved it!

Very easy to make with simple ingredients. Had good flavor, but was a little TOO simple. However, it was a good dish when made with rice... Use the rest of the chicken broth to replace the water when making your rice. It adds good flavor.

I didn't have chicken breasts so I used what I had which were pork chops. I increased cooking time a little and added some leftover fresh spinach. It turned out great; loved the taste. I will make it again
