Fast & Fantastic Black Bean Soup

Loved it! My husband (meat and potatoes type)wasn't excited about black bean soup...til he tasted it. Now he keeps asking for it!!!

This was amazing! They mean it when they say fast and delicious. This was the quickest soup that I've ever made. I added some ground cumin and chili powder to mine. Turned out spectacular.

This soup was amazing! So quick and so yummy! I topped it with a dollop of sour cream and it was fantastic!!

Thought this would be a good one for the vitamix/blentec blenders. The flavor was really good, but the texture was more like pureed baby food. More broth is needed if cooking it in the blender.

Very simple and tasty...the time on the recipe does not allow the cheese to melt, need at least 4 to 5 minutes for that.

Holy mother... I made this soup last night in pinch (after a full day of work, 1st grade meetings, soccer, etc.) and my children went nuts over it! I would recommend cutting down the cheese a bit, but overall this dish was amazing and so easy to make. :)

I have made other black bean soup recipes and they are all good but this one is the easiest by far! It's pretty good considering the ease of preparation. It's on my regular rotation when I need a quick yummy meal. Thanks!( I do not add the cheese to make it more figure friendly and just add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and a smidge of sour cream for garnish..yum)

This is delicious! Super easy and fast to prepare. Most of all it is nutritious.

This was so darn good. Sooo easy and quick and yummy! I even tasted it before adding the cheese and it was good. To cut a bit of fat, try adding half the cheese perhaps. It will be just as good! I will make this over and over!
