Our mornings are rushed, with one kid out the door at 6:30, so I made this the night before and it reheats nicely. Easy to make, but overall the flavor was bland. Next time maybe I'll try with cooked sausage or add onion/garlic powder to the egg mixture.

I made this, but used sauteed onions, ground sausage & cheddar jack cheese. Have also made it with bacon, onions & swiss cheese. There are so many possibilities.

This is so easy and awesome. I saute onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and I add the ham. I have also used bacon when I didn't have any ham. I love Tarragon so I add some dried to the egg and instead of milk I use a couple of dollops of sour cream. Love this!

Very good! There are so many ways you can make it too. I followed the recipe except I added green onions, and cooked it 10 minutes longer.

Easy and delish! I added some chopped green onions to it but that was the only change I made. Would definitely make it again!

I made this with cheddar and monterey jack cheeses. I sliced four scallions and sprinkled them over the top of the ham before adding egg mixture. My family and guests loved it.

I took this to my Sunday morning Brunch group and everybody raved. I was going to add to it but decided to fix as printed for the first time and it was so good I don't need to do a thing to make it better.

Super simple and yummy. I like to add peppers and onions, and switch out the ham for bacon. Make sure to season well or it can be a little bland.
