I made this recipe with the pork sausage instead of the ham and it was very delicious! I will make it again and again!

My husband made this dish for us and we loved it. We request this often.

I loved this recipe. So easy and I love how it cuts neatly into squares for serving. We ate it Christmas morning and have had it for a dinner as well. I think I will try it with some diced potatoes, too.

This recipe was wonderful. I made it for our family for the Holidays, and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe so there would be enough for everyone. It is a keeper. I used the sausage in the place of the ham.

I made this dish for my family and a family friend. It was so easy, quick, and very tasty. I loved that it used ingredients that I pretty much always have on hand. I would totally make this dish again!! My friend even wants the recipe because she enjoyed it so much! :)

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. Definitely one to keep in your recipe box!

Absolutely delish! I made it with 1/2 pound sausage instead of ham for a group of ladies and everyone loved it. I left out about a 1/4 cup of cheese though, it just seemed like too much. I also mixed some of the cheese in with the egg mixture.

easy and good-made with sausage, green peppers, and onion. Great crust flavor.

Delicious, and very easy to make. I used sausage and added spinach, and it was really good. It did take quite a bit longer than 25 minutes to set up though; probably closer to 35-40 minutes.
