My family LOVED it. It is so easy to make. I added a half pound of cooked bulk sausage the second time I made it and it was even better.

I make this recipe all the time. We have also used turkey sausage which is a hit! I bring left overs of this to work because it re-heats nicely in the microwave. Everytime I have this at work, someone new sees it and asks for the recipe.

I make this all the time and it tastes great, but I can never get to set up in the middle. the crust burns on the edges and the middle is not set AT ALL!!!! Every time I follow directions exactly. Any suggestions?

I have made it a few times and it is always a hit with ham, crumbled bacon or sausage. For extra color and zip I added a can of drained tomatoes and green chilis to the egg mixture. Yum Yum

This is excellent. The crescent roll crust is tasty. However, in addition to the pepper, we usually add other spices, like garlic and herb mixes to give it more flavor. LIke the ham, but we might try it with BOCA or turkey sausage, too.
