I used precooked bacon instead of ham, and I had to use 2 packages of croissants because one did not cover the entire bottom of my 13X9 baking dish.

I first made this on Thanksgiving Day for breakfast. It was a hit and I have made it several times since. I serve it with hasbrowns and fresh fruit and the kids in my Day Care LOVE it! So does my husband and his employees. *Just a tip I make it w/reduced fat crescent rolls, reduced fat cheese and low sodium OM ham and skim milk.

Fast, easy & delicious! I have made it with ham once and subbed bacon bits once - both fantastic! I'm getting ready to make it again!

This wonderful recipe got my kids eating something other than cold cereal for breakfast! They request it several times a week. Now I alternate between this recipe, pancakes, waffles and muffins for full tummies on cold mornings!
