I liked this recipe because it provided a good base to start from and allows you to be creative. I took the other reviewers' advice and seasoned the crust. I used dried basil and it was delicious. I also used crumbled bacon instead of ham, added some red peppers and mushrooms. It turned out really good. I will make this again.

Not only was it easy to make, but it was nice to have something just a little different! The kids & I loved it and my husband like it better when I added his favorite omelet ingredients...sauted onions, tomatoes and bell pepper. I'm sure to pass this on one to my sis-in-law!

Very easy, I even made it on a week night! I used FF milk, reduced fat crescent roles, and 2% cheese. I also used 3 eggs and 3 egg whites instead of 6 whole eggs, and it still turned out great!! Def. a keeper
