I love to use this recipe when the kids have a sleepover party. It's the "one-dish wonder". I plan to try it with bacon insead of ham next time!

I'm not a big fan of breakfst food, but this was pretty good! I made it for a baby shower brunch and everyone who tried it had good things to say. I took other reviewers' advice and tried it with sausage instead of ham - in fact, I used sage sausage. I was a little concerned that the recipe didn't call for any salt, but the sausage (and maybe the cheese?) salted it enough that everyone thought it was perfect!

This was pretty good but I also had to add baking time, about 5 minutes. I think it would be more flavorful with sausage instead of ham or veggies added with the ham.

Over and over and over again. This recipe works. The eggs come out so fluffy. Note: don't press the crust up -let the egg get under it. It will "float" to the center but it is still so tasty.
