These were awesome and were not difficult to make. I served them on white, extra large muffin liners with a miniature Oreo cookie on top of each one. Don't be discouraged when the melted chocolate on top of the cheesecake doesn't look like the picture; once you cut it into squares, they look just fine.

Absolutely scrumptious - a tremendous hit! Thanks to a previous review that I read, I allowed melted chocolate to start to harden and then cut squares before refrigerating. Best tip ever - chocolate did not crack and remained perfectly smooth. Everyone asked for the recipe. I will make this again and again.

This was the best cheesecake ever! We decided to use golden oreos and forego the chocolate topping. We used 1 package of full fat cream cheese and 3 packages of low fat cream cheese, as well as light sour cream. It was delicious! My kids loved it.

I make this recipe into cupcakes!!! Just drop a whole oreo into the bottom of a cupcake wrapper and then put the cheesecake mix on top! So easy and clean and everyone LOVES them!!!

awesome, halfed the recipe but used the same amount of cookies for crust and chocolate topping. baked in a small spring form pan thus removing the need to line the pan. added cookies to batter to my discretion. baked as directed. Heated a knife to score the chocolate top for each cut.No cracking went back and cut through to serve.Big Hit! Yummy

The first time I made these I had problems with the chocolate on top wanting to crack. So the next time I made them I let it set a little then cut it and let it finish hardening : ) They are yummy!! I have also found I can freeze them and have them when I want, always a yummy cheesecake treat!!
