Made this for dinner and it was great. I made it just as written. I will make it again. It is good warmed up.

This was a great recipe to get a mexican fix - all the goodness of an enchilada in a casserole. We gobbled it up!

I loved this recipe. It has a nice spicy flavor and is very healthy.

We loved this! Was easy to make, pretty healthy and relatively inexpensive. My fiance, who was steadfast in his dislike for black beans, actually loved this dish and has since requested we start using black beans more in other meals.

This is delicious! My husband and I both loved it. I had some leftover red beans and rice which I added and also chopped up 2 homegrown banana peppers and added them also. Yummy.

I loved the taste, but will try corn tortillas next time. The wheat ones got gooey and didn't reheat well.

Tried this for dinner the other night and we really enjoyed it. I didn't have a tomato so I substituted a can of diced tomatoes and green chilies. It gave it a little more kick which is a good thing for us.

Excellent taste, but the sodium was way too high. Would use the general idea, but almost 1000 mg of sodium per serving is too much! Wish Kraft would work on lowering the sodium in Healthy Living recipes!

We made this and loved it. The only difference from the recipe suggested is that we added corn.
