Excellent taste, but the sodium was way too high. Would use the general idea, but almost 1000 mg of sodium per serving is too much! Wish Kraft would work on lowering the sodium in Healthy Living recipes!

This dish was not as good as I expected it to be. It tasted really "commercial". The salsa flavor really took over the whole dish. Don't think I will be making this again.

This is really good! I used a black bean and corn salsa, and I added some extra frozen corn. That made it a little sweeter. I also used a light green pepper (don't know what kind) instead of a bell pepper since bell peppers have a bit of a bitter taste to me. This was delicious, quick and easy.

I enjoyed this recipe, but my husband isn't a green pepper or black bean fan, so he wasn't real impressed. It might be better for him without the green pepper and corn instead.

I make all kinds of mexican casseroles all the time. Mostly by experiments and this time I followed the recipe. It is tied with my all time favorite!
