This was easy and flavorful. I did like that it was lower-sodium using the no-salt tomato sauce, although there is still a good amount of sodium in the salsa. My husband and I both agreed that while the flavor was good, it was 'missing something'. I think next time I'll add about 1 TBSP. cumin and 1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder to round out the flavor. We had corn bread with ours, which was good. It might also be tasty served over rice.
