Hubby was afraid to try it b/c of the BBQ sauce, I was nervous about using BBQ sauce as well, but I liked it and the kids enjoyed it as well.

These were the best tacos EVER!!! My husband and I agreed that we could eat these once a week. It was full of flavor...it makes my mouth water just talking about them.

This recipe is so good. My husband was a little nervous about putting BBQ sauce in the meat, but it was so worth it. My mouth waters thinking of them. Delicious.

This was a simple to make, really fast dinner that my family enjoyed. And as always, for more flavor, I add about a half cup of jarred salsa to the meat after its been browned. It moistens it and makes it taste super yummy.

I used leftover roast and shredded it - then added bbq sauce - also sauteed some red onion with the red bell pepper....more like a brisket taco - it was GREAT! If it tastes too much like sloppy joe try some thinly sliced steak and sautee it -gives it more of fajita flare.
