I actually sauted the chicken in italian dressing. I also added 2 more ounces of cream cheese, for that added creaminess and just a touch more bacon. Of course, everyone should season to their own taste...but it's wonderful!

pretty good. I doubled all the sauce ingredients like several other people suggested and did not need to add water at all.

Very tasty but I did added a bit of garlic powder, basil, and onion powder. Fast, easy and my grandkids loved it and they are picky eaters.

this was pretty good.. my pickey 6 year old even liked it.. i did add cooked onions, chopped garlic, and basil.. when it was done i tried it and it was still a little bland so i added some garlic powder and that made it pretty good!.. i did not add any water, it does NOT need it.. next time i will add more bacon!! can't really taste it with 4 strips..

I've made this several times and it always sounded better than it turned out. It didn't seem to have enough sauce or it wasn't cheesy enough. Finally tonight I left everything the same in the recipe, except I used the whole box (8 oz instead of 4) of the neufchatel cheese. It was awesome, everything it should have been the 1st time!

The family enjoyed this recipe! I had more than a pound of chicken so I doubled up on the additional ingredients (bacon, tomatoes & cream cheese only). Since I read in other ratings about it needing more flavor, I also added garlic powder and basil. It was a great meal for four with plenty of leftovers. I'd make this again in a heartbeat!

There was something about the taste of this sauce that I didn't like. I'm assuming it was the cream cheese. We ate it since we were hungry but I don't think I would make it again. Very easy to make though.

I love this dish. Simple, but great. I think some recipes I like more than other reviewers because I use the recipe as a starting point. I like a LOT of flavor, so I added way more Italian spices/herbs to this...garlic, basil, etc. I also listened to reviewers and made more sauce...would not have been enough with what recipe called for, I doubled it and that was good. VERY yummy!
