Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Tomato Pasta recipe

This creamy, cheesy chicken breast and pasta dish is even better with tomato and bacon. (Bonus: It only takes 20 minutes to make, start to finish.)

What You Need

cups whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

tsp. pepper

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

It was different than I imagined it would be. I used cream cheese instead of what they called for. It was more sweet than savory

Recipe was good but needs more flavor added to it...next time I am adding more bacon and maybe some kind of seasoning salt or something!

I loved this recipe! We omitted the water, due to previous comments and added 6 slices of bacon. It was awesome!! I will be making it again soon!!

Great dish!! I used turkey bacon and fat free cream cheese to make it healthier. Hubby LOVED it, will make again!

This was yummy! But I have to admit that I didn't use wheat pasta. One of my boys scarfed it down, the other barely touched it. My hubby thought it was really tasty. It was very quick and easy to make.

This was really good. Followed recipe almost exact, if you let it sit a bit after cooking the sauce will thicken nicely. Added a little extra bacon to the top after cooking. Added a few extra spices and used regular pasta. Yum!
