What You Need

cups whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

tsp. pepper

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Great taste. Our whole family loved it (even the picky ones). It wasn't bland at all as some people have said. I could see how it may be bland if you don't use the Italian-Style tomatoes but with them and the bacon, it is very yummy.

The first time I made it, it was incredibly bland. My roommate and I did not finish it. The second time, I added 1 tsp of basil to the chicken while cooking, and it made a world of a difference! Definitely a favorite in our household!

I also substituted the water with chicken broth and used cream cheese instead of the cheese it called for because I couldn't find it! I thought the sauce was going to be too thin but it worked out great! I also added 6 pieces of bacon instead of 3. Very good meal...and something different for us! The husband loved it too which is always a plus! And it was just as good today for lunch!

So delicious!! I used rotissere chicken instead of the chicken breast chuncks and it was phenomenal. I also used fried regular bacon instead of the Oscar Myer. All 4 of us loved it!!

I love this dish and so does my family! It is easy to prepare and makes a lot. I added more pasta than called for and was able to stretch the servings to 10. My picky daughter said, "Hey, this insn't half bad." Which is an amazing compliment from her! Enjoy!

I made this last night for our anniversary dinner...it was SO good! My 6-year-old was even able to help with cooking! Very easy, incredibly delicious. I did not add the water or pepper, and we used cream cheese, and much more bacon than listed. It was a huge hit. Even my picky 3-year-old loved it!
