What You Need

cups whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

In any case, reserve a few tablespoons of cooking water to add to pasta if it starts to stick together or if you want to dilute the sauce.

It was really good, but I would use a little less water - the sauce came out a bit runny.

If I didn't know I made this, I would swear it came from a really good Italian restaurant. I added extra tomato & fresh baby spinach. It is so good! My husband had 2 servings. The bacon gives it a smokey, rustic flavor.

Great Recipe! However, we made some variations: we used regular cream cheese and italian style diced tomatoes (what we had on hand). Also, we thickened our sauce with a pinch of flour because it was a little too liquidy/runny. Next time we will double the recipe, Yummy!

This recipe was wonderful, my family loved it, even my picky 6 year old! I did not have Italian style diced tomatoes so I used regular diced and added Italian seasoning. I also added 3 cloves of garlic and marinated the chicken in Kraft Free Zesty Italian dressing. Yum!

Wow my family loved this dinner, I just pureed the tomatoe slightly as my kids do not like the texture of them, will definately make again!

The ingredients are right there! Instead of saying "ingredients" it says "make it". The list is complete (with amounts) of what you need. I think this sounds wonderful and plan on making it very soon.
