My son and husband both liked it a lot. My husband went for seconds, which is always an indicator of success. I lessened the amount of chicken a bit, and because I didn't have Italian-style diced tomatoes, I added oregano in with the chicken as it cooked, and it still turned out very well. I do think it's a little high in fat and calories, but next time I'll try adding more vegetables to the mix: green peppers, onion, some zucchini perhaps; that will lessen the fat and calories per serving, and stretch the meal farther. All in all, a great meal, with lots of variation potential!

Easy to make and it looks great but had little flavor. I will make this again but will add something to bring some of the flavor out.

I thought that there would be a little more flavor. It was good, but next time I will add some of my own flavoring.

The flavor of this recipe was good, but it wasn't healthy enough in my opinion, to be in the healthy section.

Very tasty! My husband thought it was similar to a pasta dish he enjoys at a local Italian restaurant. I added a little extra cheese and eliminated the water. I can't tell you about leftovers... hubby got to them before I could! Since he generally ignores leftovers, I'll take that as a sign that he enjoyed it!

I thought this was great. I didnt put any water in it as it was juicy enough, however when reheating it I added it as needed. Even my picky teenager and husband loved it.
