I used ground turkey meat (because it's healthier) instead of hamburger, red potatoes (because they were on sale) instead of new, and frozen green beans (because that's what was in my freezer) instead of corn. I love the concept and ease of this dish. I did find that the Italian dressing was not flavorful enough in the meat, so I added more chili powder and cumin.
So, it turned out quite tasty. I tend to use recipes as rough outlines, and this one's a keeper.
Also it only took 4 of the red potatoes, so I'll be doing something creative with the leftover 2. Maybe some broccoli cheddar concoction.
