This is an excellent recipe. I added mushrooms the second time and it was excellent as well. I have made it several times since, it has become one of my family's favorites.

Made this last night and it was ok. I used squash (becasue that's what I had) and orange pepper. It seemed to lack a little flavor. Might try again with zucchini, but maybe not. Will probably move on to another recipe :)

It was good but not something I would make again. With the zucchini it made me feel like I was eating healthy though lol.

This was so easy & good. I wasted many years not not knowing how good zucchini tasted. This is now a keeper recipe.

Very good and easy to make. My two grandchildren liked it and they don't like vegetables.

My husband wondered why I had never made this before! And even as a meat-n-potatoes guy, it never occurred to him there was no meat in our meal. Love the flavor of the zucchin! If I were to make any changes for my taste, I might do a little less red pepper and onion. But my husband loved it as-is.

I have to start by saying Kraft made it easy for me to try something new. I have never had zucchini before. My kids have also never tried it. This was the best WONDERFUL recipe to make me a lover of zucchini. I am hooked!!! I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing.

the only thing i do differently is to use fresh tomato slices instead of the sauce.... much better that way...

None of our 4 family members like zucchini dishes. We were given a lot of zucchini and yellow squash recently. There is only so many zucchini muffins and bread you can make, so we had to find a new dish. I added 1# ground beef and a can of seasoned petite diced tomatoes to the recipe. I also used yellow squash and zucchini. It was really amazing that we all goobled it up and had seconds! Even the 2 and 5 yo's ate well! We will definitely do this again! We were very surprised!

Tastes delicious! A member of my family does not like zucchini, but they loved this dish, kudos!
