This was ok. Seemed way too much batter for the pan. The center did not cook all the way through. Might be better as muffins.

OMG! This recipe is amazing! I took into mind the other reviews while preparing and added 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract. It was so good that I made 3 loaves! One loaf for my house, one for my Great Grandmother and One for my Sister's House! Everyone Loves It!!

Fan-flippin-tastic is what I call this bread! Based on others' reviews, I added 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 tsp. cinnamon, and about 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. My oven cooked the bread too quickly at 350 and the top center didn't get done-I didn't want it to burn so I just took it out and cut out the uncooked part. I'll try it at 325 next time but all ovens are different. This is definitely going to be my "go-to" recipe for banana bread!!

I love this recipe and so does my daughter. Mini chocolate chips are a great addition to this recipe. I've also tried making this recipe as muffins, which works really well. I usually cook them for about 20-25 minutes as muffins. Definitely a recipe that I will use for years to come.

This is my go-to recipe for banana bread! I also use the cinnamon/sugar tip that they suggest.

I'm not a banana bread lover. just decided to try this recipie, now can't stop making it. It was excellent in taste and in texture.

simple, quick, and very tasty. Sour cream is a positive addition. Left set overnight under towel before putting into gallon ziplock ... was just as tasty 4 days later when I heated a final slice in the microwave tonight. texture great; doesn't crumble when sliced! Try it, YOU'LL like it too!
