I made this recipie but instead of using salsa, i used a can of Rotel tomatoes. Puts a little spice in it, and my 12 year old loves it!

It was ok, but we agreed that it basically ruined the flavor of the Mac & Cheese.

This was too easy to make. We did substitute ground turkey for the ground beef, but it was easy and done in a short amount of time. As a family, 3 out of 4 of us liked it a lot.

Make own cooker of NM chile using green chile, gr. beef, chopped onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red chile powder, corn w/red & green bell pepper. Freeze in serve-size. For quick lunch thaw a pkg. & mix w/Kraft Microwave Mac & cheese.

This was a lot better than i thought it would be.I'm so glad i read the reviews. My kids and I love Mexican food so I will be making this again and again. I doubled the recipe so I added about a half cup more of salsa and some chili powder. So simple and quick a must try!

My Kids absolutely loved this dish, I served it with a dollop of sour cream and they wolfed it down.
