Tex-Mex Cheddar Mac

this was surprisingly delicious! I thought it would be one of those meals I usually make when grownups are going out and I need a dinner just the kids really like. But leaving for vacation in a few days, I didn't have much to choose from in the pantry. I added the corn and put crunched up corn chips on top. GREAT!!

I thought this was really good and my boyfriend loved it and he is a "traditionalist" when it comes to mac n cheese. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and used a colby & monterey jack blend of cheese and mild salsa. I will definitely be making this again soon. It was so quick and easy.

This recipe was pretty good, I wouldn't say it was great but I would make it again if I was looking for something quick & easy to make. I used medium salsa so it was a little spicy- I put a dollop of sour cream on top of mine and it was pretty tasty! I also added half a can of drained black beans just for some extra substance. Overall I'd say this is a decent recipe, nothing gourmet but a pretty tasty, easy and quick dinner.

my husband really liked it. i thought it was pretty good myself. i used medium salsa like another person did, and it gave it great spice!!!!!!!!!!

Made double batch for my family hoping for leftovers but there weren't any. It was very quick,easy and tasty. Great weeknight meal. Just add green salad.

I made this last nite and it was delicious. I used medium salsa which gave this dish a slight bite. My husband said this is definitely a keeper....
