My family loved this recipe. I made it with angel food cake because I couldn't find pound cake at the time. For those who thought the texture and taste of the filling wasn't sweet enough, or tasted too much like cream cheese, did you let it sit for 4 hours in the fridge before eating it? If not, that's why. I tried it when it was first made and the flavors hadn't blended together yet, and it tasted almost salty. But after sitting in the fridge it was perfect. It gives the cream cheese and pudding flavors a chance to really meld together. I'm making it again today with pound cake, just to see which way we like it better.
