Linguine with Silky Mushroom Sauce recipe
"Silky" sums up this smart dish perfectly. Our creamy sauce that coats the noodles and veggies is nothing if not silky. And the taste? Simply stunning.

Made this tonight.. didn't have any chicken broth but turned out great. I used frozen spinach and added a little chicken. Will make again!

My whole family *loved* this one. I added some cooked chicken to it only because my husband insisted on including meat. I would have eaten it either way.

A great lighter choice that was still flavorful

sauce thickened pretty quickly. keep a little of the pasta water to thin out if needed. pretty good....maybe add a little meat (shrimp, chicken or crab) but was a very good meatless meal.

I loved this, very easy to make. I think the next time, I will add some chicken and maybe some red peppers.

This was really yummy! I first sauteed the mushrooms with shrimp, olive oil, italian seasoning, garlic, and onion. I only put in half of the cream cheese and filled the other half with whipping cream. I also added half a bottle of lemon juice. It turned out really yummy! My husband loved it and I think I may make this for my inlaws, who are very picky.

I have made this recipe twice. Once added diced chicken and once sauteed shrimp. It too doubled the broth and cream cheese. Fabulous low cal meal the whole family loved. Paired with a baby spring mix salad.

This was light and tasty. I made it with a whole box of whole grain spaghetti and added a smidge more broth and cream cheese. Paired with french baguette and olive oil dipping sauce. Yum! A salad would be great with it.
