Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

Berry Cheesecake Parfaits recipe
It looks too pretty to eat. But eat it anyway. Every spoonful of creamy pudding, crispy Nilla Wafers and tangy fresh fruit is a masterpiece of flavor.

I used ready made pudding in a cup vanilla(to save time)but still whipped in cream cheese! It tasted so decadent & creamy! My roommate wants me to make it again....wanted seconds right away. This is an easy but lovely dessert to be served with a weekday meal or special occasion.

This was absolutely delicious!!! Not only is it an amazing presentation, it is super easy to make! My lunch guests were very impressed when I gave them these lovely little morsels as their dessert. I used lite everything (cream cheese, milk, wafers and cool whip). It was YUMMY and lite!! I also made the pudding mix the night before and it was fine- maybe even better. The flavor had time to develop. All in all excellent! Would definitely make over and over again!!!

i made this for a boat trip and put the batter on ice and ascembled them there. it was really good and everyone loved it. how ever,i find that it tastes better if you use lemon flavored jello mix to vanilla. GOOD LUCK! risq

I've made this recipe many many times and it got devoured everytime. I used pound cake instead of wafers and drizzled the top with melted bakers chocolate. and decorated the top with dipped strawberries. It's so easy to do and pretty when done
