Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

Berry Cheesecake Parfaits recipe

It looks too pretty to eat. But eat it anyway. Every spoonful of creamy pudding, crispy Nilla Wafers and tangy fresh fruit is a masterpiece of flavor.

It is a great summer dessert. It is light, delicious and takes no time to make.

This recipe is great! I made it for a 4th of July party - it looked festive and tasted yummy. I'll definitely make it again.

AMAZING! I used fat-free cream cheese and coolwhip lite....added kiwi to the fruit mix...and used gluten free cookies instead of nilla wafers since my friend has a gluten allergy...and it was was STILL OUT OF THIS WORLD! will definitely make a gain.

The first time I made this I layered it in a large bowl instead of glasses. I thought it was missing something. So, the next time I made this I sprinkled a little sugar on the berries and it gave it more flavor. My family and I just love this. I will be making this again a few more times this summer.

I had to improvise after my sister ate the wafers. I had a boxed brownie mix. Made the brownies and used that as a substitute for the wafers. Turned out great! Some in my family who don't like blueberries ended up asking for seconds! Will use brownies from now on.

Absolute success at my garden club meeting. I tripled the recipe and it turned out beautifully. My family also loved it.

This was an absolute hit with the kids! They loved making their own and I loved it too (because I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese, lite cool whip, fat free sugar free pudding and reduced fat nilla wafers)! Still tasted great and very refreshing!
