Minty Lime Freeze

Minty Lime Freeze recipe
A cool cocktail translated into a refreshingly zesty dessert. This silken treat has mojito flavors but no alcohol, so it's really more mocktail than cocktail.

Made this for my sewing group - (four down-to-earth women - women I trust and who love cooking, sewing for others and gardening. They loved it.

Our new favorite dessert - I've made it 3 times since Easter. Replaced some of the pretzels with crushed walnut pieces and used unsweetened pineapple juice in place of the lime juice. Absolutely yummy!!

I liked the taste and consistancy of the filling and liked the pretzal crust, just not together. The pretzal crust broke apart, so it did not look as pretty as I would have liked as I was making it for a group of people. I think I'd use a grahm cracker crust next time.

Fabulous! I'd already put the leftovers in the deep freeze, and my husband wanted seconds badly enough to go dig it out!

We liked this! I was in a hurry so I used a purchased graham cracker crust instead of the pretzel crust. I used sugar-free jello and I omitted the 1/4 c. of sugar. The pie was tart, but still plenty sweet. I will make this again.
