I have made this recipe for three different occasions & always get rave reviews! I use all reduced fat ingredients & it is still just as good as the full fat recipe.

Love this recipe, but not a huge fan of just "cool whip" as topping - I purchased large size can of "whipped creamcheese icing" and combined it with the cool whip topping - added the zest of 1 lemon and spread over the cheesecake. I use "fresh" blueberries on the top that have been dusted with sugar. The creamcheese "kicks this up an notch" to a ** 10 ** on the rating scale.

I used splenda, low fat cream cheese, low fat sour cream and I added lemon zest and the juice of 1/2 a lemon and my family loved it.
