In France it’s forty, so twenty cloves of garlic is actually tame. Roasted until sweet and tender, they add fabulous flavor to the chicken.

This was really good! My boyfriend and brother made fun of me while I peeled 20 cloves of garlic, but I promised that after cooking, the garlic wouldn't be so strong. Glad I was proved right!! Very good - and VERY tender!!

AMAZING flavor. with a family of four we had no leftovers. This meal has it all; flavor, smell, and great look for company meals.

This is sooo good. I was worried that I would not like it because the chicken was not marinated. But I was wrong it has tons of flavor! I let the chicken simmer in the sauce longer than the recipe called for on med low heat then towards the end I turned the heat up to brown everything and soak up the liquid. It turned out great!

Amazing garlic chicken. 20 cloves seemed like a lot at first but all I can say is WOW. Tastes excellent with baby red mashed potatoes. A definate new favorite-so easy my husband can make it :)

This is my husband's favorite. I also make it with shrimp and I'm gonna try tilapia next time I make it. Also, if you double the sauce recipe and cook fettucine to mix in with it (chop up the chicken and shrimp) it is soooooooo yummy! I am sending it to all of my friends and family, so easy and quick, I will make is multiple times a month.

This recipe was fantastic!!! It was easy to make. I had some left over the next day and it was even better. Thinking about letting it marinate for an hour or so in the broth and garlic to increase flavor.
