In France it’s forty, so twenty cloves of garlic is actually tame. Roasted until sweet and tender, they add fabulous flavor to the chicken.

Made this last night, and it was delicious. I was surprised at how mild the garlic cloves turned out, I couldn't get enough of them. The house smelled great and one of us over-ate because he liked it so much. I will definitely be making this again. Not only is it healthy for those of us on a strict diet but it's absolutely delicious.

I thought this recipe was great! I totally disagree with the last person. I thought the house smelled so good while I was cooking. I was even commenting on how good the house smelled while I was making it. And it even tasted wonderful! I will definetely be making this recipe again.

Garlic is not a big thing in our family, but when I received the Food and Family book I just had to try it. The chicken didn't last! Also the garlic is very mild when cooked like that. We loved and I will definitly make this again!

I made this tonight for dinner and OMG it was amazing! I can't believe the great flavor and how quick and easy it was to make. The garlic was sweet and mild not over- powering at all.
