In France it’s forty, so twenty cloves of garlic is actually tame. Roasted until sweet and tender, they add fabulous flavor to the chicken.

I'm not sure if I will make this again. It turned into a soupy mess and I ended up making it into an alfredo sauce and served it over noodles. It left a horrible after taste.

not alot of flavor. i think that if you use skinless and boneless would cook better.

This dish was amazing! I marinated the chicken for a day in Italian dressing beforehand, I used fat-free Italian instead of ceaser since I was out. Otherwise followed the recipe exact, and it turned out very moist. The sauce it makes is wonderful. Will try with ceaser next time. Will make again and again!

it was a little bland, but still pretty good

My hubby and I thought this was pretty good, and neither of us are Caesar dressing fans. I added a little red pepper flake cos we like it spicy. I only did 2 chicken breasts, so 20 cloves of garlic was a little much... I'm going to make it again tonight and just do a few. I loved the taste, but I felt like I smelled like garlic for a few days afterwards! ;)

The chicken was very moist, but didn't have allot of the garlic flavor I was expecting. We're going to make it a little different next time, but the whole family thought it was good:)
