In France it’s forty, so twenty cloves of garlic is actually tame. Roasted until sweet and tender, they add fabulous flavor to the chicken.

I thought it was very bland except for the garlic cloves.

Excellent recipe! The garlic was mild and tender. I think next time I will add a bit more broth to get even more sauce. Delicious!

I liked the flavors of the chicken and the garlic, but the sauce did very little for me.

This recipe was fantastic, my 5 year old daughter who complains about All her food minus snacks was asking for more. She never once complained about the dish!

I love garlic! The garlic in this recipe is very mild in flavor. My dinner guests were pleasantly surprised. I love smell of baked garlic!

WOW! I'm adding this recipe to the 'almost weekly' pile! I didn't have Caesar dressing, so I just used Zesty Italian...This recipe has so much flavor! I'm passing this one on to the family, peeling 20 cloves of garlic was almost relaxing, because I knew it was going to be a chore, I had a glass of wine while I did it. ;) The garlic came out so sweet, I would eat a clove with a bite of chicken, it was so tasty! I also threw some cut up carrots, potatoes, onions and celery in the oven before I started peeling the garlic. Everything turned out so good, it was a great sunday dinner. :)

My family LOVES when I make this. I cut the chicken up in chunks before cooking and add more broth and dressing than the recipe calls for so that there is more sauce and we put it over rice. YUMMY!
