My family loved this! We got our healthy tomatoes and spinach and it tasted great.

To make this a little heartier, I chopped about 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast and cooked in Zesty Italian Dressing. Remove the chicken, and cook the pasta as directed. Add chicken and a small can of chopped olives before cooking the spinach. Served with a salad and garlic bread.

Very bland.I notice that the only cooks giving it a good review are the ones that completely changed the recipe by adding spices.

I would definitely make this recipe again. My husband and son loved it too. The only change I made to the recipe was to add 3 cups of WW pasta, and two 14 oz. cans of italian style tomatoes. I also added 1/2 tsp of both pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil to the mixture before simmering it for the 10 minutes. Yum Yum!!

we added chopped roasted red peppers as well as fat free feta cheese crumbles in place of the shredded cheese. This was really yummy, definitely will make again!

This was very good with additional seasonging. I added black pepper, garlic salt, and Italian seasonings. The combination of spinach, tomatoes, pasta and cheese was delicious. My kids loved it.

I added baked chicken for more protein power. It was very good, but I agree with the other reviews it needs more seasonings. Def. will make again with some additions.

When I made this recipe I made the pasta separately. I started with about 2 tsp. olive oil and a tbsp of minced garlic. Then I put 2 cans diced tomatoes in the pan, and put in spinach, half a bag at a time. Finally, when pasta was done, spooned tomato-spinach mixture over it to serve. The family liked it, but felt it could use some additional seasoning, such as italian or sweet basil. We will definately do this one again.

A large saucepan was not big enough to add the spinach. There was not enough liquid b/c the pasta began to stick to the bottom. It needed salt. Good thought but needs some tweaking.

This was a great recipe. My family even liked it. I am doing Weight Watchers so I omitted the cheese to make the point value less. But still very good.
