This has become a staple at my house. It is quick, super easy and absolutely delicious! However, I've found that I need to use more than a cup of water. Even my son that hates spinach loves this dish.

Fantastic with mini penne! I use a little less spinach than the recipe calls for and I add a little bit of garlic powder. :)

You have to really really like spinach! Plus, eating it warm...icky! Maybe if chilled it would be better...maybe not.

Even the picky eaters ate this one- they couldn't get enough. Awesome taste and it's fast and healthy.

This recipe was very bland, I added onion powder, italian seasoning but that did nothing for it. If I make this again, I would use more water because I had quite a bit of pasta sticking to the pan even after adding a 1/2 cup more water.

I made this for my family last night and everyone was skeptical as they watched my throw it together. I read the reviews before hand and heeded their suggestions. I increased the water to 2 cups and added the suggested spices (Ital seasoning and garlic salt (1/2 tsp each) and black pepper). I also had to increase the cooking time to make sure the pasta was tender. I ended up decreasing the spinach in half as I think 9 cups would be too much. I served this with garlic bread and a ceasar salad, YUM! It turned out great since I added a little more cheese and stirred it in so it got to be a cheesy, tomato sauce. I will definitely make this again.

Very good but I increased the water to 2 cups instead of 1. I served as a meatless dinner and my husband and I both loved it.

Added onion and garlic powder, but didn't help much. Had to add extra water because noodles were sticking to bottom. Would not make again.
