My kids are very picky and I mean picky, but all 5 of them LOVED this dish, I have put it on the menu to things to make all the time. Its very good!!
I also found it a bit bland. Some garlic salt fixed it right up. Otherwise excellent!
Super good and easy to make. I used a rotisserie chicen cut into bite sized pieces. I added some seasoned bread crumbs on top prior to baking it off in the oven.
Tastes pretty good and fairly easy to make.
This recipe is wonderful! A few reviewers mentioned it being a little bland for their liking but I thought it was perfect (personal prefernce of course). Instead of cooking the chicken myself I used frozen grilled chicken strips to save time so the overall prep time was very minimal. This was a quick & easy meal that the whole faimly enjoyed!
very bland for as much work as it is. I even used chive flavored cream cheese, added garlic and cooked the chicken in lemon pepper. I also added heavy cream to the sauce and almost tripled the sauce. Still too bland and a little dry. I will stick to the simple Chicken Divan recipe. It is easier and more flavorful and essentially the same.
We ended up throwing this whole dish away. We made extra sauce as suggested. It made no difference. We spiced it up. Still no difference. It was sad to have to toss it all as neither of us could eat it.
This was a disappointment. Bland taste, way too dry and had to dirty up lots of pots & pans to make it for a mediocre outcome. Will not make this one again.
This is very easy and really good.My 2 grandkids(4yr,&2yr.)loved it and that says it all if they like it.I didn't add anything to it,but I think the next I prepare it I will put alittle more broth and cheese in it.Otherwise it was great just the way it told how to make. Pammy56
I should have read the reviews before I made it. There was not enough sauce and I could have added a little more seasoning. Those are easy enough to fix with the bit of leftover I have.
